Not to be outdone by Continental/United, Delta launched some of their own attacks on United’s hub of DC.

WAS – Albuquerque and San Diego are now $199

To book these go to -> Planning Tools -> Book a flight -> WAS to either SAN or ABQ -> Click the “My dates are flexible” box and choose either Flex weekend or +/-. Looks like tons of availability all year long. Enjoy!

Washington to San Diego in May Flex Search

IAD SAN- Cheap weekend trip!

WAS-PDX prices out at ~$200 as well, for both DCA and IAD. Availability around Xmas, even!

For, also book now, think later. You can cancel up to midnight the following day with no penalty.

I found the sale for ABQ and SAN. I could even use my companion ticket to get two tickets for $199 plus tax. I went upstairs, came back down and they’re now $300 and over. I can’t believe they changed in a matter of 10 minutes!! How very frustrating.

BWI to most points in west coming up $150 RT all in. DCA and IAD not showing price war. Used Kayak.

ps- It seems CO/UA just undercut DL’s $199 to $150 all in.

I can’t wait for Delta to attack DEN…I’ll book 10 trips that day.

This seems to be completely gone. I tried WAS-PHX, ABQ, and SAN for May weekends and saw nothing under 330
