Is it just me, or does it seem like credit card sign-up bonuses are increasing across the board? It appears so and I’m certainly not complaining!
Several savvy TPG readers alerted me to the new 50,000 point bonus for the Chase Marriott Premier Visa, which is over double the normal offering. The annual fee is $85, but in addition to the points, you also get:
1) A free night upon account activation (up to category 4)
2) Free night upon account renewal each year
3) 15 nights towards elite status
If you are a Marriott customer, this card will most likely pay for itself many times over. Note, this is a Chase card, so if you’ve recently applied for the 100,000 miles bonus on the British Airways Visa, you may want to wait at least a month before applying for another Chase card.
