I wrote last week about incredibly discounted roundtrip business class fares (on Delta’s lie-flat beds) from Boston and Miami nonstop to London. Delta has since extended the fare sale to March 16 and now more dates are available, including most peak summer travel and into the fall.
Additionally, if you have a UK address listed in your SkyMiles profile (
), you may be eligible for this promotion which gives an additional 50,000 SkyMiles for business class trips between the US and London.
These business class fares are just a couple hundred dollars more expensive than coach and you earn 50% more Skymiles and Medallion Qualifying Miles, so if you have a trip to London (or if you’ve redeemed 100,000+ miles), it may make sense to cancel your award and book a revenue trip. I’m thinking about doing just that this summer. Decisions, decisions!
