500 Free SkyMiles for Car Insurance Quote

I was skeptical when I saw this promotion for 500 Skymiles for a Liberty Mutual car insurance quote,  because I don’t even have a car. However, I was successfully able to submit a quote based on my fictional Porsche Cayenne Turbo (insurance would only be $470 a month!), so I am fairly optimistic I’ll get the 500 miles. Technically the offer void in GA, IA, ME, MA, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, PA and UT, however I would just recommend getting the quote for your “vacation home”  car outside of those states.

Apply Now SWA

Key things:
1) You don’t have to enter a social security number
2) You don’t have to enter in correct contact information, so you don’t get spammed/called
3) It takes 3 minutes, so it’s worth a shot, especially if you are actually in the market to switch insurance

Enjoy!

Nice, it’s typically out that at 300 miles… I just did this about a 2 months ago at the lower level. I wonder if it’s too soon to re-request ;-)
    - I did get the 300 miles after a few weeks. They reach out to you via email a couple of times, but don’t push to hard for more contact so it’s easy to not feel guilty about the free points grab (i.e. not wasting someones time).

Thanks for the post. Too bad I can’t participate. Fine print: Offer void in GA, IA, ME, MA, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, PA and UT.

Malden- why don’t you use an address outside of those states?

I did this and one with 21st Century, and both posted to my account as promised. I think with one or the other you could even do multiple quotes and get points for each quote.

You can do this offer annually, too. You can get 500 AA miles if you prefer that alternative.

Done, I got a quote based on my vacation home in CA. Thanks for the recommendation.

Does anyone have a link for the AA promo? Thanks!

pixel girl – a quick Google search turned up this for the AA promo:

I see there is also an option for Homeowners/Renter’s insurance as well, I think I will do an auto quote for 500 AA miles and a homeowners for 500 Delta miles and see if I can get both.

Can you get quotes for auto, home, condominium, and tenant (4x) for 2k delta and American? Can’t see anything on t/s…

  • Benthelefty

Edit: there is one per household for Delta but no mention on AA. Of course you can’t use your # more than once probably as they’ll see what’s going on…

Great to hear how to get points, besides spending the money. Mother of 8 and grandma of 13. Still working and like to do extra to go and see all … plus give them perks of places to stay with them. I should say his and my kids / young adults. Thanks again, all inf. is appreciated greatly.
