New United Livery: Lipstick on a … Continental Plane

I logged onto Facebook today and a friend had uploaded a picture of the new United livery with a caption “The new united livery is as confusing as it is ugly”.

I definitely agree with the confusing part- it’s basically a Continental plane, but with the wrong logo. I personally wouldn’t call it ugly (see Bolivian airline Aerosur for that), but I’m not overly as impressed.

What are your thoughts on the new Continental..err, I mean United livery?
