People always ask me what service I use to track my points. Until recently, the answer was: my brain. While there have been points tracking services available, there were none that I felt comfortable entering in the account numbers and passwords to my valuable points. Enter gomiles.com, a relatively new service, but one that I’ve actually had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who used to be a management consultant and really understands the points world. Gomiles.com is different from most tracking programs- it has an easy to use interface that also shows current, relevant promotions and expiration dates. Not only that, but there’s also a search engine that will let you search for award options and it also shows the revenue price of the ticket, so you can decide in one spot if it would make sense booking an award. The only caveat with the award engine, is that it doesn’t actually check the availability of awards- just the amount you’d need if award space was available. That’s not an issue, because there’s a button to request professional help, with a link to my services ![]()
